In order to get it you have to have made a certain amount. I worked most of the year but one of my jobs was min wage and made sure my hours never went past a certain point. Bringing me JUST UNDER the amount I needed to make. So if you were someone who suffered the pandemic job market and low wages and hours, you won’t get it. Or if you’re disabled and can’t work over a certain amount. Nice huh? Not all workers are equal. Sigh.
