YES I'm sure this topic has been discussed many times on this sub but FFS I'm so tired of worker's being blamed and companies not taking accountability.
I have finally landed a new remote job. Don't get me wrong it's nice and the pay is decent. Everyone is super nice however, the title of my position has changed about 3 times so far again not complaining as I am grateful to have found a decent job but it's absurd for companies to b*tch and moan about “no one wants to work” and blame everyone but themselves for the stuff they pull. Such as, calling a position customer service then it turns out to be sales, prying for personal information during the interview process that's none of their business, promising a certain amount of weeks training just for it to be less than, etc….it's absurd. Why trap people into thinking it's something better than the last when it's not..What sucks is that it's not gonna change anytime soon and workers are going to continue to be lied to and screwed over. Anyways, I guess that's my little rant.
