Honestly, during this job search that I’m having, the recruiters are more honest than the hiring managers themselves. It it’s an adventure getting body language signs and emotions from them hiring managers to see where they’re leaning in terms of liking me/leaning toward hiring me.
The recruiters that I’ve been in touch with have been much more blunt and upfront with me in regards to compensation, what to actually expect on the job, and being much more helpful in actually pushing my applications forward. Have you guys encountered a similar experience that I am having? Or is this just the case since they have to be nice and courteous with they prospects they call?
