The local construction company I work for, won’t name, take advantage of us just every way you could expect. Verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation. They cut our hours as punishment for different “offenses”. We don’t even have holidays or sick days but I’m sure the office folks do? How does that even make sense? We get called thieves and inmates at our last safety meeting? I mean I have All of that on video. Just inquiring about some advice
