Started at this trucking company March 2022, always knew the Director of Ops had become one of the biggest issues with employee retainment. Cause a lot of good workers & ppl to just burn out and quit. He was great at the logistics part of things but treated the workers like robots & was to put it lightly a scumbag unless he personally liked you. Worked my way up into the office now a few months ago after a year of busting my ass despite him constantly trying to prevent that. Last Friday he was terminated & without him our ops team has hit our $ goals now three days in a row. I think it just goes to show how treating your workers with respect and dignity can go a long way. Solidarity with all the UPS workers, let’s change the world
