I was thinking of quitting my job been looking at other jobs but there is not much around me, I am wanting to get into working with animals but I just have 0 clue where to start with this I have a level 3 animals management btec and 5 years in poultry
Just so done with my job been at it for 5 years but this new manager is annoying the hell out of me like just changing my days off without saying anything even when i tell him I can't change it he still does it anyways there is just no communication here either you are just guessing and mind reading what he is wanting from you and hoping you done the right thing.
And the assistant manager is just as bad to he just gets into tantrums with you like showing up on exact tims you start he started yelling at me for being late (which i was not) got no apology or anything from him.
