Hello everyone been lurking this sub for a year and I have get it off my chest, recently I’ve gotten extremely sick for week and company I work for has one of the bullshit rules for sick leave, I’ve given them doctor papers and anything that can cover my ass and they still said it doesn’t count as leave and may be a point on no call no show, I was pretty fucking pissed and also they gave me 2 options which where, continue to work while being extremely sick or go home and get a write up.
