This month I learned at work:

Please clock out before having a tornado. It’s the right thing to do. (My supervisor told a coworker she needed to clock out when co-worker said “tornado siren just went off, gotta go now” and my supervisor immediately responded “clock out first”. Who does that?!!! 7 tornadoes touched down in her area during that storm.) Any mention of a “mandatory town hall meeting where we can discuss our grievances and we need to be VERY VOCAL” during, was actually just a fluff piece for the company. Telling us how great they are. How big they are. Where not a single work level employee even spoke.
