I've been at a shitty job for close to three years and everytime I've come close to doing something about it, I chicken out then I discovered this sub. I've asked for a raise thrice in the past with no acknowledgement but I think I know better now. On Monday I'm sitting with my immediate supervisor and if I don't hear anything positive, I'm quitting on the spot. I deserve a better future, I refuse to be a fool anymore! I'm going full crazy mode coming Monday, I've earned it! Fuck 'Em!!!
