But earlier this week you asked (outsourced offshore team, lol) to add those to the report, and it seemed to be new information to you.
Even if you weren't paying complete attention on the (ad agency) call on Friday, I would have thought by now that you'd know we report status by date being populated.
I wanted to touch base because it did strike me as odd that you didn't know that. Are you having a hard time? Let me know.”
Couple things:
I did not tell the offshore team earlier this week to add anything to the report, so not sure where they’re getting that. I told them last Friday to disregard a previous email after things were cleared up. My initial confusion was because of differing naming conventions representing the same thing. Sorry…?
Since this company was bought out by a private equity firm, the environment is toxic and ruthless. I’ve only been here a couple months and I’m constantly being watched like a hawk. Higher ups want someone to blame and they blame people like me. I’m constantly stressed and felt beat down. And then I get this email to top it off.
Am I reading into this too much, or is it just very passive aggressive and accusatory sounding?
