Time and a half wages.

I know this doesn't really fit the theme of this sub, but I feel it would be laughed out of r/jobs. Anyway, I'm wondering if it is reasonable to ask for time and a half for hours outside of my contracted schedule. I go to school full time and work part time as a security guard, thing is they always ask me to work extra hours on the weekends when I can work. My schedule is 6AM – 2PM and they are understaffed thanks to shitty management and better opportunities elsewhere for the full time guys. Anyway, I'm wondering if it is reasonable to ask for time and a half for hours outside of my contracted schedule. I don't like staying an additional four hours to work a 12 and get some extra money, but I'm getting asked every weekend now to “hold over” or even worst “early in” or coming in at 2AM and staying until 2PM. Last week they scheduled me to work Sunday 2AM-2PM and didn't tell me, so the other guard stayed and worked 16 hours but told them he wasn't going in that night which they allowed.

So they seem somewhat flexible, but I am not sure how to approach this tactifully. They called me about an hour ago asking if I'd be willing to come in early tomorrow and I just let it go to voicemail. Any advice is appreciated.
