Hello! A few weeks ago, I had the courage to tell my boss that I don't make enough money at my full time job and I need to make above poverty wage to continue working for him. He agreed and said he couldn't pay me more.
So, I know I need to move on, but I have sent out nearly 100 resumes and applications and I am not getting any bites. And pay is ridiculous. I am a well-educated, well-spoken person and I am unsure if there are no jobs anywhere or just not for me.
Any advice or thoughts will be helpful.
