We were given this assignment as well as a slide deck for effective management of time. This is at a Fortune 500 company that is attempting to rightsize through restructuring. All of the restructuring has basically been to demand frontline management be more efficient with aging equipment and exploding volume as well as downsizing through attrition. So the amount of work has increased a great deal, the amount of pay has been static, and overtime has been eliminated. Additionally the amount of people/support has decreased. Done with it.
