So I'm in CO and I was told we have to take whatever is in the tip jar to put into the drawer if the drawer is short, now I looked at the state website that shows the labor laws and it says your employee cant touch your tips, however, I'm wondering if that includes tip pool with other employees. Managers also get tips but I believe it is legal because we are paid minimum wage, not tip pool minimum wage. Any insight into this is appreciated.
