For the past year and a half I have been helping my dad build a homestead in the Missouri country. Now that it's self sustainable I'm trying to find non CS work since my last job as a bar maid was scarring. I have sent out over 40 applications this past week, no emails have come in except one that obviously didn't go well, and no calls… What can I do to seem like a better candidate with such a gap is my resume? I thought my resume and cover letters were strong but I guess not
