Tired of translating for free

My job hires a lot of people who only speak Spanish. Spanish is my first language as I was born in the US, but my family is Hispanic and I was only allowed to speak Spanish at home growing up. I used to translate professionally and I was paid at minimum 35$ an hour. I work in a restaurant for the last few years part time, and anytime they need to communicate with the kitchen, I’m pulled off what I’m doing to translate. I think they need to pay me for this as it happens every shift, multiple times… How do I convey this?
