Antiwork

To all teachers concerned about student behavior, 40 hour work weeks are the problem, not the parents.

Parents are sadly pressured into working long hours thanks to an unaccomodating system that imposes high rents and cost of living onto them, forcing them to be at work all day, preventing them from effectively raising their kids properly. And on top of that, there aren't any parenting or relationship classes in the education system, which are extremely important for helping students become better at these things. We have a lot of technology nowadays to easily cut our work weeks in half while keeping the same pay (though teachers do need raises too) If you all are serious at wanting this system to become better, start at questioning the 40 hour work week, and pressuring the education system to have parenting and relationship classes. Feel free to share your thoughts and suggestions.
