I (19M) was working at the carwash and after working only 3 days I already have severe back pain due to their stupid systems.
They want me to wash their whole inside carwash tunnel for the last 2 hours and get paid the same as the other 5 where I collect and empty trash cans in the dumpster. I also collect dirty rags. My back already hurts from emptying the trash cans and pulling down the vacuums at the closing. Now they want me to get a brush and wipe down their whole ass tunnel? For minimum wage? Hell no. That’s too much work for too little pay.
I’m not going to break my back for some measly minimum wage.
Luckily I still live at home with my parents so I don’t have any bills to pay yet. I can find another job easily.
