Took a job offer at a company I KNOW sucks because I needed the raise. Dreading working at this firm but right now I don’t have an alternative option. How do I mentally get through this?

Dream company didn’t offer me the position so I had to accept an offer from company b who has less than stellar reviews. They are already asking me to do a heavy load of free work before I even begin (building a detailed resume to pitch to clients, record videos of me answering questions, detailing every single project I’ve ever done to date) and I already feel like this is such a bad sign. I am not even on their payroll yet and they are making weird demands of me. I’m in a lot of debt and will need to move apartments in two months so this job was really the only way to be able to stay ahead of defaulting on bills and maybe find a decent apt in a market that has exploded in price.
