Considering all the crap we go through, regulations, sacrifices, fines, outright bribery, we really should’ve just said “no, we aren’t doing it”. Grocery stores would’ve gone dry in a day or two, not to mention supplies… things might’ve changed for us. But I’m guessing the public would’ve crucified us for trying to better ourselves.
