Trying to feel better about leaving my job

For some background I work at a place doing laser hair removal. I love working with lasers and it’s good experience for what I’d eventually like to move into doing within my industry. The job I’m currently at is -okay- my co workers are nice for the most part and I like my boss well enough. The problems however are that we all get paid very little for our industry standard. My boss also is extremely strict about us not being allowed to call out and I quote “ unless you’re in the hospital” I actually had to go to the hospital once and they asked me if I could come in after??? I ended up interviewing with another company that’s going to give me a 10$ per hour raise, benefits, pto, sick time and I’ll also have a 4 day work week but full time hours as opposed to the PT I’m at right now. I feel bad because when I started we had 6 techs… we have 1 girl that just left for a better job, one that’s leaving September and now me that’s leaving in a little under 2 weeks. Because I have to fly to another state for training my new job. I’m really nervous to tell my boss and hate this feeling
