Turns out my boss has taken all our bonuses to fund his third holiday home

I work for a small telecoms company in the UK. I am on a relatively low salary of £16k a year but with OTE bonuses it can top this up to £30k a year. In the last 6 months our bonus structure has changed three times.. each time it progressively it has gotten harder and harder to hit bonus to the point where unless you’re on the phones 10 hours a day then you’re stuck on £16k a year. I recently found out (a guy who I work withs wife knows my bosses wife) that they’ve just bought an £800k house in Devon (Very nice area for those outside of the UK) Now I’m not sure that the 2 are entirely related, but it does seem suspicious! Not sure whether to say anything as I can’t afford to lose my job. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks
