two fifteen minute breaks and a thirty minute lunch is insane

i feel like i’m going crazy. how is anyone okay with it? how are people not going off the rails? that coupled with forty agonizing hours of slaving away for a massive corporation when there’s so much more out there to experience. we get such an infinitesimal amount of time here, about 80 years on average- and imagining spending most of those years like a hamster on a wheel is positively horrifying. i want out
