My job is an environment where the workload cannot be finished within paid hours. Some of my co-workers take it home with them to finish… My boss even suggested to me that I do it as well!! I'm completely disgusted to be honest. One of my co workers spoke with me about how shes considering doing it at home too and I told her she should not as it takes time away from her kids. We are literally paid minimum wage as well, I just say I'm not paid enough to take this job home with me. I think this makes my boss snappy with me as she knows I'm not going to cave in.
I just hate working with such a passion, it feels endless
