UPDATE: Fed up. Contacted the CEO.

Original post: https://www.reddit.com/r/antiwork/comments/13m4fu0/fed_up_contacted_the_ceo/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button The job that I highlighted in bold in my email is one of the jobs I applied for. I was offered the job on Thursday and signed my offer letter on Friday! I will be working at the same hospital, during the same shift, but for an outsourced company. I'll be doing patient registration, instead of phlebotomy, which is unfortunate since I liked it so much. That said, I'll be getting more hours, WAY more PTO, 2 more paid holidays a year, $1.50 more an hour (yeah…still not high but definitely more manageable), and higher shift differential ($1 at old job, new job: $1.20 during the week, $1.50 on weekend shifts). My email changed nothing (well…in a week haha), but I'm glad I said it and then did something to change my situation.
