So found out why I haven’t been getting paid. Apparently some weirdo been doing shit, and deleted my bank account info for my direct deposit, I’ve also noticed on my pay stubs that the way I get paid, the information keeps changing… So instead of going straight to my bank via Direct Deposit, it went to “Wells Fargo” before, I don’t have an account there btw. And during this period of not being paid for two weeks, it only had a checking number and NONE of my bank information for Direct Deposit…
So this went on until I noticed I wasn’t being paid (I had a recent 6 days off, so I was expecting to be paid for one day, but it didn’t trigger any concern for me, because I thought it would go on next paycheck.) onto the second week of not being paid, it finally hit me, “Jeeze, I shoulda been paid today…” so I call my union rep, she’s on medical leave, I get transferred to her substitute, all I get is his voicemail, so thanks UFCW, you’re so helpful.
So, in the end, I did get paid. My manager found two checks in a drawer for me… But, I’ve no desire to get paid LATER, I want my Direct Deposit back! Who do I get into trouble for fucking around with my Direct Deposit and subsequently NOT telling me they fucked it up two weeks ago and letting it default to physical checks I didn’t know existed and thus was paid late…?
