I did in fact left my toxic job with a cannabis company. I was lead grower with what felt like minimal power in control. Im a fair boss id like to think, i want things to work out between anyone, but wasnt being given the proper tools to do my job, and there was NO organization or accountability to anyone sadly. And i tried my best to wuggest and corrwct these issues, but the owner/ceo never took them into conaideration to take the time and allow me to make the changes, it was always. Just get the things done. We will worry about that shit later situation. Ive had prior growing experoence of three years before entering this place and i was very knowledgable… Anyways, im rambling. I got a new job as a sanitation manager as i was also a custodian for 4 years prior to cannabis. I got offered $72,000 a year, and a team of 12 wonderful people to help organize cleaning proceedures of the company this ceo just took over back earlier this year.
