UPDATE: Offer Unexpectedly Contingent Upon Drug Test

Therefore, because NY law protects employees from discrimination against legal use of THC, the company has to abide by that law in NY regardless of where the company is located. As an aside, I went to the drug testing facility and as they were wrapping up my urine specimen, I asked the nurse what they were testing me for. She said it was a full drug panel minus THC because of the new 201D NY regulation. I passed the drug test and start my new job in 2 weeks!
