I work for a large chain of stores. I'm sure most if not all of you have been here. Over the last few months me and the other workers in my store have been harassed by teenagers coming into the store, stealing, destroying property. The mall security will not aid in any way and when we attempt to ban them from the store upper management tells us to let them in and basically “get over it.”
A few months ago I was assaulted by one of these teenagers and upper management said “well it didn't happen in the store.” And that was that. Now the other night they came back and threatened my assistant manager with physical violence when he was going to leave the store and upper management still won't help us. Our store manager says she can't do anything because the higher ups won't let her.
