I work part time where it requires you to fill in your timesheet and have it approved by your supervisor/coordinator. Due to the different numbers being inputted, I found it confusing. 15 mins would become 0.25 the way you’d put it in the system. I realized I’ve been working for months everyday with 15 minutes less pay for work I’ve been doing. Nobody brought it to my attention and now that I want to claim it, they’re telling me I sign off on it. How would I go about claiming this? It’s in my contract that those are the hours worked. They’re adding up and they’re not small numbers. I’m in WA state btw.
