But yeah, job hunting is depressing. Very few are giving full time. And the part time ones have these insane demands.
And they wonder why no one is applying?
Like I actually wouldn't mind being part time, as I was deciding to go full time and put off some of my schooling plans or just do part time and further my education. Buuut. I don't get who are they targetting?
The part timers? No ones gonna work their life around that. The full timers? No one wants your shit hours.
and don't get me started on “part time work” asks for 35 hours, no benefits and unpaid lunch. Get real
