So the company i work for has this joke where people get to ask questions to the management and they respond. It's suppose to make us feel heard….Anyways, some of the were related to inflation, are they going to properly cover it, do we get raises (and no, they don't pay utilities for people who work from home). The asnwers was…big surprise…”no..we can't afford to do that'. A few days later we all get an email about how well the company is doing and the record profits that we got thanking us for the hard work. Well….i'm fucking off elsewhere ….
