Just venting. My boss always makes the schedule last minute and then never sends the schedule to us making us have to drive back to work on our off day to learn the new schedule.
It creates a massive amount of anxiety and I hate having to drive back on a day I'm not being paid for just to get the schedule.
Even worse is in my state there's no laws prohibiting last minute scheduling.
So they just finish the schedule Saturday night, and then we're closed Sunday and I end up having to find out the schedule by driving in first thing in the morning to Monday just in case I'm scheduled to open and to get the schedule. totally bs
