Welp I just watched them hire another person into supervision from the same position they told me i wouldn’t even be allowed an interview from….for 8 years

Title pretty much says it. Post history has a full history recap but yeah second person in a year from an “unskilled” position as they call it getting a supervisory role. Meanwhile I gave up having 3 days off and a number 3 spot to go into the 80s, went and got every cert required for the position, they trained me, and I still can't get an interview. The RSD is bad today
