sharing only works in one direction: you share my stuff, but I can't share yours if you take some of my resources and refuse to give them back, nobody cares when I complain; but if I go take them back, I get in trouble for “stealing” and “not sharing” I get in trouble when you push my buttons I get in trouble when I push your buttons it's always my fault, even when there's incontrovertible evidence to the contrary it's always my fault, even when I have in writing that I told you that your hairbrained idea wouldn't work I have to do more than my fair share of work, and get less than my fair share of credit you have to literally pay me money to get me to spend time with you, and you're blind as to why No sarcasm, definitely like a family. No sarcasm, definitely like a family. My blood family is guilty of all these things… and so is my job.
