WFH allowed my team to double their hours and workload.

Now the owner wants us all back in office immediately, for no reason at all. The entire department willingly works extra hours at home, with a smile. Now we all have to sit in traffic for hours, cut production by a good 50% and force feed company culture til it makes us want to quit or die. Why is management so ridiculous? Make it make sense!?
