I am renting a single family home. My landlords (husband and wife) bought the house using a VA loan, lived in it for 4 months, then started renting it out.
It is a two year lease, so clearly they have no intent to move in anytime soon. There are no home repairs/improvements being done.
They have a screwed me over with lease-breaking things numerous times, and I am trying to find a legal way off the lease. What will happen if it is legally determined that the conditions of their VA loan were broken? What can I do? I will provide more context if asked.
