- What is your current salary/compensation package and what range of compensation are you seeking?
I was asked to do a video Interview for an insurance company and need to record myself answering 9 questions they posed.
Any advice on how to answer the question I put at the top of the post
The job listing was for 75-95k and I currently make about 40k
I have never interviewed for a job with such a significant pay bump and I have never been asked that question before
