In an interview today, I was asked the question, “what is your plan if you don’t get this job?”. I was kind of taken aback and replied something like, “to keep looking for a job in this field, as I am currently looking for a full-time job”. This was my third interview with the company, and honestly this question kind of came out of the blue, like what do you expect me to do, just die?
What was the point of that question, and has anyone else ever been asked that question before? Just trying to gain some insight.
