What to do about my boss?

Haven't been at this job long, but I'm already having issues. First of all, the manager told me I would make $12 an hour. My first check, only $11. I brought it up to her, and she says “who told you $12?” Secondly, when I started there was an employee who didn't do much, and the manager would p much babysit him and blame him for things not getting done. I understood that bc I could see he was lazy. Now, I've been doing pretty damn well at my job. I'm not lazy, I do everything that's asked of me. I brought it up to her, and she says “who told you $12?” Secondly, when I started there was an employee who didn't do much, and the manager would p much babysit him and blame him for things not getting done. I understood that bc I could see he was lazy. Now, I've been doing pretty damn well at my job. I'm not lazy, I do everything that's asked of me. I typically go above and beyond, especially for $11 an hour. However, the manager is on my ass and is rude to me the same way she was to the lazy guy. She doesn't do as much work as I do tbh. She's literally on her phone like 80% of the time. She doesn't do things she hounds me to do. Like, I'm supposed to do 35 CRM calls a day. Turns out, the store is supposed to be doing 75 calls a day and she hasn't been doing her half (it's just us two atm) and she got in trouble. When im done doing what I need to do, she tells me to find something to do while she sits on her phone.

Another issue is that she doesn't seem to understand how late percentages work and she gets on to me and blames me. So, if one day credit is down to a 10%, and the next day it's just me working, I'll get it down to a 9%. But then on the next day, more people will be late, so credit's a bit higher again, maybe 10% again. So she blames me like “why is credit higher when I got it down to such and such?” bc I was there by myself. And then a few hours later she's like “oh it's not our fault ppl won't pay their bills” as if it's only an issue when she's not there. This has happened a few times now. I apologize if this paragraph was confusing.

I'm noticing more and more things that just aren't being done correctly, either. I've only been working for 3 weeks. As far as I know, I can either get another job (which I am trying for), talk to her, or talk to the district manager. This woman makes over twice what I do. I feel like I'm seriously being taken advantage of and being pushed over.
