I took a demotion for a job that I thought would be a better work life balance. My boss has not liked me from the start and I honestly am worried I won’t be certified into the position and let go. So far she has said my wardrobe is unprofessional, I am not friendly enough. I’ve tried to dress even more professional and go out of my way to talk to my coworkers. Now one of the leads came up to me and said my boss said I’m taking too long on my breaks. I get two 15 minute breaks plus a lunch. I am super punctual and have never had any problems like this with any employer. Ever since then my boss legit glares at me from her office when I leave my cubicle to go to the restroom or on break. I’m not taking my 15 minute breaks anymore only my lunch and I’m gonna look for another job bc this is seriously affecting me. I’m so worried she will fire me or put me on an action plan.
