Antiwork

What ways have YOU found to explain why you feel like spending the majority of your time at work isn’t a life well spent?

I've found it particularly difficult to get people to understand. There's a million things I'd rather do and so many jobs are “busy work” that doesn't actually need to exist. There's tons of time wasted via “micromanagement”, etc. Just wondering if anyone else was struggling with this and if you've found good ways of describing this to people who aren't antiwork, or are even workaholics.
