I'm being promoted into a management position by year end. My VP stated it's already in the budget and approved. I work in the banking industry. I'm aware of Salary.com but frankly, I hate their website and all their pop ups. Plus, I rather use something that is viewed as more professional if possible. Also, as a newly minted manager, I vow to still be as laid back and easy going as I am now. Put your 40 in and get your work done by EOM. What falls between that, I don't care. You want to play games on your phone all day? Is you work done, yes, cool have fun. It's Monday and your cough, sick? Cool, work 4 10s Tuesday – Friday if you want so you don't waste PTO.
