lets say we have an abused, underpaid employee at a big chain like walmart or target. Whats stopping him from playing a prank, going to a customer and saying something incredibly racist or homophobic on camera “sorry you gonna have to leave the store, you are making people uncomfortable”.
He gets fired. The people sue the corporation for 1 million dollars and ruin them.
how are corporations not afraid that their own abused employees wont get revenge this way and ruin them?
