What’s the longest you’ve stayed somewhere and your age? I’m 38 with 7yrs at my current and getting ready to quit in the next couple weeks

Corporate greed has ruined my position (assembly/fabrication). Been doing the job of two people for over 2yrs, which was fine until they cut my overtime and have added even more to my workload. Never been so miserable.
