I am not trying to get an engineer job. I am just trying to get some server or barista position. I attend server interviews that last for like an hour with no callback. I don't know what they expect me to say after hearing the typical, love your guests, help, teamwork and your previous experience. At the end they tell me how many candidates they have wanting the position. And you know its not even full-time. Ugh I don't know if it's the state (I live in Cali) but it's just so ridiculous.
