For people who switched from 9-5 and started on their own, when did you know that this regular 9-5 job is not for you?
I’m asking this because after working for 7+ years I realized that these kind of jobs aren’t fulfilling. Even if the pay is good. I just want to work like a slave who lives for the weekend.
Everyday at work I used to constantly think when will I complete my 9 hours.
Another thing that I hate is begging to my manager for PTOs.
I an sick of this 9-5 grind and want to work independently or something on my own.
