When other managers think working open to close is no biggie

Don't you just hate it when other managers ask you nonchalant it's no biggie working open to close once in awhile when short staff but THEY never do it themselves and when you ask them why don't you do it then and help out once in awhile all you hear are excuses excuses excuses why they don't do it aka your problem is your problem and my problem is your problem
