I’ve been in this job for more than 2 years but I still don’t know how to work around my supervisor. She. Doesn’t. Delegate. Never thought I have to deal with someone like this. She always complains about having a lot of workload but she tends to do everything! Even the smallest tasks. It’s like if we do a task, we’re over stepping and if we don’t, we don’t have the initiative. Fckn sucks.
