I see all these posts about people complaining about their companies, their managers etc.
From stealing credit, calling them laxy, being rude, inflexible, selfish etc.
So it got me thinking, there's a saying, every one of us, is a sheep; and every one of us, is a shepherd.
So for all these people complaining about being treated unfairly, how many of you have just passed on that same behaviour downwards onto your underlings?
Who here is willing to be honest about it?
I've noticed it in my workplace, a lot of people who moan about people above them, are usually doing the same thing to people below them.
Stealing their work, being lazy, rude, etc.
